Kerri Dutra-Kelly

Kerri brings over 20 years of strategic and hands-on leadership to Human Resources working collaboratively to build talent and organizational capabilities. She has driven multiple initiatives including redesigning health benefit plans, improving employee engagement and experience and launching talent management and leadership development programs.

Before joining Timberline, Kerri served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Admirals Bank in Providence, RI. She is responsible for leading the Human Resources functions while actively participating in our corporate social responsibility and culture club teams.

Kerri holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College. She is a Certified Professional Coach and an active member in the Society for Human Resources Management and New England Human Resources Association.
